Notes: This was a great workout. Thank you Coach Doug for arranging a spin in San Francisco so us city folks can make it :) Sports Basement was wonderful for letting us use their space, and we will be going back every Tuesday! I probably should have pushed myself harder than I did, but I was still dripping sweat none-the-less.
