Swimming to Recover

Workout: Group 2 Ladder Swim Workout
Notes: While I might be silly for working out the day after a marathon, I think swimming helped me workout the soreness. I first stretched in the hot tub and then did the swim workout scheduled for Jan 19th. However, I did Group 2 instead of Group 3 and didn't exactly put my best effort into it. However, I got in the laps and felt better afterwords, especially after stretching in the hot tub at the end of the workout.
