  • 300 DPT (best stroke count was 13 - averaged was 15-16)
  • 300 breath every 3 strokes, L4
  • 300 (build every 100), L3-L5
  • 300 breaths every 3 strokes, L4
  • 300 (build every 100), L4-L6
  • 300 breats every 3 strokes, L4
  • 100 CD
Notes: I didn't do many flip turns. I could have pushed myself harder throughout the workout. Average RPE was 5 or 6.

Workout 2: 30 min EFX (moderate-light workout)
